How do I check my Smart Furniture order status?

Please click here to sign into your customer account to view your order status. Once you log into your customer profile, just go to Orders, then click View status of order on the order that you'd like an update on. This is the quickest way to receive an update regarding your order.
If your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from Route or our Smart Furniture team. With Route, we automatically send you real-time shipping updates, so you can track your package online until it delivers.
