How will my order ship?

We understand that every customer has unique shipping needs, which is why we offer three different shipping services to choose from: Standard Ground, Inside Delivery, and White Glove Delivery. If you have any special requests or requirements, don't hesitate to contact us - our friendly team is always here to help and will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders can be tracked using Route as long as the carrier is supported by Route. If the carrier is not supported, you will receive an email from our shipping team with more information on how to track your order. 


Shipping Services: 

Front Door Delivery - Standard Ground

This is the standard shipping service that we offer. USPS and FedEx are the two main carriers we use to ship smaller items. We use a variety of carriers to ship larger items including Fedex Freight, EFW, Averitt Express, and YRC to name a few.

The delivery driver will bring your order to your front door or the closest available option (such as a package room or mailbox) Monday through Friday during normal business hours. This is the best option for fast, simple, and convenient delivery!

Inside Delivery

If you're looking for a cost-effective way to have large, heavy items delivered inside your home or office, our inside delivery service is a great option. Once your order reaches the local station in your area, you'll receive a call to schedule a delivery appointment. It's important to note that while inside delivery covers bringing your order inside, it doesn't include debris removal, carrying items upstairs, or light assembly. If you require any of these services, we recommend upgrading to our White Glove service for a more comprehensive delivery experience.

White Glove Delivery

 We offer assembly services for select items, which can be found as an option during checkout under "White Glove." The assembly fee includes a delivery appointment, placement of the item in your desired room, unpacking, installation, and debris removal.
