How do I start a Smart Furniture warranty claim?

We will need some more information in order to proceed with a claim. Once we receive that form, we will be happy to assist you with your warranty request.
 
*Please note that if you have a Herman Miller chair in need of repair (excluding small repairs such as casters, armpads or some lumbar supports), that process will involve shipping it to our warehouse to make any repairs needed. This process can take up to 30-45 days once we receive the chair at our warehouse. If this timeframe will not work for you, we invite you to reach out to a local certified Herman Miller dealer here rather than filling out the form on our website. Thanks!*
